We all know that the community theatres rely heavily on community support, and that is especially true of the Zara-V Studio. Staging a musical theatre production (without a theatre) can cost approximately $20,000. We aren’t sure our costs can be covered by box office sales alone and the parents' contribution of their own young artists participating in this production. Therefore, we seek financial and in-kind sponsorship to assist with our production. All sponsorship forms are welcome and will receive recognition in our playbill, in media reports, and via social media. In particular, we are seeking up to two major show sponsors whose names will appear on all posters and advertising. 

As a completely new musical theater program at Zara-V Studio, we aim to build our shows that will go on to be performed for years to come around the Northwest Chicago suburbs The costs of putting on a performance by any community theater group are significant. For Zara-V Studio, which does not have its own venue, these costs include venue hire, rehearsal space hire, sound and lighting, and so on, all of which are considerable costs. Ticket sales offset some expenses, but sponsorship is crucial to our ability to mount a production successfully. Sponsorships are donations to the arts. 

With more than 25 people involved in the show, sponsors will also know they assisted a production that encourages and nurtures the skills of children and adults in acting, singing, dancing, choreography, stage management, design and construction, wardrobe, makeup, and the myriad of other roles related to production. In return for your support, we offer a comprehensive recognition package. We will also endeavor to ensure sponsors, especially major/platinum sponsors, receive feature coverage in local media for their assistance in making this production a reality.
