Payment:
Payment is a crucial part of your commitment to the musical theatre workshops at Zara-V Studio. The amount is due at the first lesson of each project. This helps us to carry out the timely order of costumes, prepare the necessary decorations, and understand how seriously you have decided to participate in a project. Please note that the registration payment is non-refundable. Select the payment plan carefully. Payment can be made using one of the options specified on our website. Monthly, each semester, or annually. Available payment methods: online transaction, credit card, cash, or Zelle (use info@zaruivardanean.com).
It's essential to adhere to the payment policies to ensure a smooth learning experience. A mark-up is charged for processing each payment. If the payment is not made on time, the student will not be admitted to the class. Please note that an additional $25 will be charged if violations about payment occur systematically, attendance will be interrupted automatically, and the student will no longer be able to visit class.
Rehearsals and Shows
Dress rehearsals and performances are paid as regular sessions.
Studio works with several venues that are suitable for the performances. Dates of stage rehearsals and performances depend on the venue schedules. In this regard, we will inform you as soon as the Administration of venue provide and confirm relevant information.
Attendance:
Regular attendance is a key requirement for successful participation. Due to the fact that the Studio works with students once a week, there is no refund, regardless of the reason for a child's absence. It's important to note that more than three absences may hinder a student's further participation in a project.
Operation Hours:
Mondays at 6 pm - script reading and singing workshops
Saturdays at 12 pm - acting, singing, and dancing
The studio is closed on federal holidays:
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas
New Year
Memorial Day
Learning process:
The Artistic Director plays a pivotal role in defining roles, participating in vocal and dance parts, and selecting costumes. The learning process, including the study and memorization of the text, is given a specific timeframe of 4 weeks. If, after this time, a child is not ready to participate (without tips), the role will be transferred to another student.
If the student suffers from health problems and there are violations with memory and concentration, such cases will be dealt with individually between director and parents.
Every student should have dance shoes to practice the choreography. Otherwise, the teacher will not allow the student to attend the class.
Termination:
The payment will not be refunded If the student's behavior does not conform to studio's rules, administration reserves right to decide to terminate student attendance. A student could be expelled at any moment no matter how close release date of the project.
The following behevior is not accepted in Zara - V Studio:
Conflicts with students and no respect for teachers, adult actors and staff. Refusing to carry out assigned tasks within the educational process.
